At our establishment, we recognize the significance of personalized celebration experiences and the emotional investment that accompanies them. Therefore, we have established a comprehensive refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our services.
Refund eligibility is contingent upon the nature of the service provided. For events such as birthday and wedding anniversary parties, cancellations must be communicated at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of 10% of the total booking amount. This fee covers administrative costs incurred during the reservation process.
For cancellations made within 14 days of the event, a partial refund of 50% of the total booking amount will be issued. This policy reflects the preparation and resources allocated to the event, which cannot be recouped once the date approaches.
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation due to extenuating circumstances, such as a medical emergency or natural disaster, customers are encouraged to provide documentation to support their claim. Upon review, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion, based on the circumstances presented.
For customizable gift cards, refunds are not permitted once the card has been issued. However, customers may transfer the gift card to another individual or apply it towards a different service within one year of the purchase date. This policy allows for flexibility while ensuring that the value of the gift card is utilized effectively.
In the case of funeral settings, we understand the sensitivity surrounding such events. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund, while cancellations made within 7 days will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. This fee accounts for the specialized arrangements and services that are often required in these situations.
To initiate a refund request, customers must contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing their order number and the reason for the cancellation. All refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of receipt, and customers will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
